video thumbnail size question

Is there a setting to scale up the smaller video thumbnails to currently set thumbnail size chosen? I noticed XnView classic would do this automatically. But for XnviewMP not sure what controls that. I see older mp4 video thumbnails to be small , same size as the video I guess
