1.4.5 - crop panel - ratio is not locked affecting selection size

Windows11 (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer - crop panel
related to issue b from 1.3.0 - crop panel - selection width/height issues so it can be fixed already

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open any image
3. press SHIFT-X to open Crop panel
4. make any selection
5. set any ratio (except Free and Fixed)
6. modify selection size for at least few numbers up or down
A - selection W and H are not locked and changes independantly
B - ratio will change to Fixed ratio
C - selection will change to reflect Fixed ratio while W H numbers will remain the same

Expected behaviour:
A,B - selection shall keep selected ratio and lock W H (until ratio manually changed)
