[feat] - viewer - selection - not possible to make 1x1 selection

XnViewMP 1.4.5-1.5.0b3 64bit
Windows11 (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer - selection
not possible to make 1x1 selection, only 2x1 or 1x2
no such issue when Crop panel is active

yes minimum selection must have 2 pixels
