JPEG to JPEG-XL transcode doesn't work

Hi!

Set the quality to 0 on JXL output setting should enable the transcoding of JPEG to JEPG-XL without change of quality in the official command line tool. On XnConvert version 1.96 - windows x64 (Oct 12 2022) - Libformat version 7.126 the process just fails without explanation.
