IPTC Ext Location -- Property versus Structure

I'm confused about the IPTC Ext Location fields in XnView.

To my understanding there is no IPTC Ext Location property. There is an IPTC Ext Location Structure which is included in two separate IPTC Ext properties 1) IPTC Ext Location Shown in Image and 2) IPTC Ext Location Created. XnView is writing an IPTC Ext Location property that seems out of place.

Am I missing something?
