- Settings is located in Tools that is not right
- Theme is available only in Browser mode that is not handy

not sure that it will helpful to enlarge menu

There is enough screen space for at least 2 new menus.
It is much clear to have app settings as separate menu and not mixed with content (image) view settings.
Also, I'm not a fan of Settings hidden somewhere in Edit (Adobe), in Options (IrfanView), in Tools (XnViewMP, ACDSee).
