Xnconverotr can't read alpha channel from PSD files!

I load a folder of sequenced PSD (with alpha) files which they have rendered from After effects, but Xnconvertor cannot read the alpha channel!
any help? thanks "XnConvert Version 1.98 - windows x64 (Mar 24 2023) - Libformat version 7.140"

when opening the file in Photoshop, alpha channel is not enabled
