How to resize gif without losing animation?

How to resize gif without losing animation?I'm not sure if xnconvert has this feature.Every time I batch resize images, GIF images are turned into fixed single images. How can I configure GIF images to retain animation? :( If you have any understanding, please let me know. Thank you very much!

animation are not supported
