Xnview integration with KDE / Dolphin

I just installed it Kubuntu 23.04 using the .deb package.

I can open files, but would like when I am in the Xnview browser and Right click or double click on lets say .txt file to open up with a text editor, preferably Kate (KDEs text editor)

So when I right click on any file, and choose Open with Associated Program, nothing works, including .png and pdf files.
Also if I right click on a folder, and choose Open in File Explorer nothing happens.

Any ideas where these settings can be found to link it with KDEs default applications and also with Dolphin for Fileexplorer.
