Viewer - crop toolbar
few issues with the way selection width/height works

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open test image

test_image_100x100.png

3. press SHIFT-X to open Crop toolbar
4. make selection with the following settings:

Issue A
5. increase height
width will decrease

same issue if mirrored (selection moved to the right image border) - increasing width will decrease height


Issue B
5. press swap W & H button
selection width & height will be swapped
selection vertical position will not be updated in crop toolbar

5. select Fixed ratio
selection will shrink
