XnViewMP install on Fedora ARM

Where can I find information on installing the arm.tgz file on a Fedora ARM system. In my case, Asahi Fedora Remix on an Apple M1 computer.
I have found instructions on installation from a .tgz file, but that doesn't seem to apply to the contents of XnViewMP-linux-arm.tgz.

you need only to decompress the arm package, and install QT libraries
