AVIF 'Quantization for color'

Is it no longer possible to set 'Quantization for color' when converting to AVIF in the latest version of the software called XnConvert?

XnConvert now use libheif and no more libavif

The 'Quantization for color' feature was very helpful for reducing the size of images,
so I hope for its functionality to be restored.
