XnView MP: Error when inserting a photo via left/right function

Hello,

I noticed an error in XnView MP when inserting a photo via "Insert outside of image" left/right function.

Namely, when I put a large image next to a small one, the large image is brought up to the height or width of the small one. But when I put a small image next to a large one, it doesn't upsize, but fills the rest of the free space black.

This behavior is unsightly and looks like a bug to me, would be nice if it could be fixed.

Hallo,

mir ist in XnView MP ein Fehler beim einfügen eines Fotos über "Einfügen außen am Bild" links/rechts Funktion aufgefallen.

Und zwar wenn ich ein großes Bild neben ein kleines setze, wird das große Bild auf die Höhe oder Breite des kleinen gebracht. Wenn ich aber ein kleines Bild neben ein großes setze, wird es nicht hochgerechnet, sondern der Rest des freien Raums schwarz gefüllt.

Dieses Verhalten ist unschön und sieht mir nach einem Bug aus, wäre schön wenn der gefixt werden könnte.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.7.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
