F12 unassigns until restart
To reproduce:
0. clean unziped app version
1. open in Browser or Viewer mode
2. press F12 to open Settings
- select any tab in Interface group
- press OK
3. press F12
nothing happens, shortcut unassigned from Settings command
After app restart F12 is assigned to Settings command.

nope, no such issue in 1.7.1

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
