v1.7.2 MISSING KEYBOARD SHORTCUT for rotation function - EASY FIX

In v1.7.2, one can't assign a keyboard shortcut to the function ROTATION, see attached picture.
SIMPLE FIX: add the command into the list of available keyboard shortcuts

Additionnaly, it ought to keep in memory the last applied rotation angle.

select Viewer in the combobox (top-left corner), as you are looking at shortcuts for Browser

By the way, how to view all current keyboard shortcuts, so that one does not mess up ?

default.keys file, but app will tell you if key is already in use
