OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit (Version 22H2)
Description of the problem:
When viewing images, after zooming in by holding the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel, or by holding the left mouse button and scrolling the mouse wheel, and then using the scroll wheel to switch to another image, the zoom level does not reset and remains at the previous zoom state. I have confirmed that the "Reset automatic image size using Up/Down file" option is checked in the viewing settings. Switching images using the keyboard also does not resolve the issue. This bug occurs in both fullscreen and windowed mode.
Effect:
The zoom level remains unchanged, affecting the viewing experience.
To reproduce:
Browse a folder with multiple image files.
Open an image and zoom in by holding the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel, or by holding the left mouse button and scrolling the mouse wheel.
Use the scroll wheel to switch to the next image.
Observe that the zoom level does not reset and stays at the previous image's zoom level.
Actual behaviour (bug):
XnView does not reset the zoom level when switching images using the scroll wheel
Expected behaviour:
The zoom level should reset to the default size when switching to the next image.
I don't know if anyone has reported this issue, but this bug significantly affects the image viewing experience. Please fix it in the next version.
