Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer - scrollbars
zoomed image moves left (if scrollbars enabled) on file change OR window resize

To reproduce:
0. clean portable version
1. have 2 images in folder

test_img.zip

(2 KiB) Downloaded 70 times

2. open first image
- enable scrollbars
- set Zoom to "No fit"
3. zoom-in until both scrollbars appear, eg to 1600% (resize app window if required)
4. move image to the top-right corner
5. switch to another file OR resize app window slightly
image will move to the left for a few pixels
no such issue if scrollbars are disabled

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
