Thumbnails: Please add resize image to fit the view size specified

In Settings Thumbnails please add a configuration option to resize/stretch all thumbnails to viewsize specified when image is smaller than desired viewsize. Currently (1.8.2) in cases where the image is smaller than the specified size the thumbnails can be challenging.

Irfanview Thumbnails has this feature and it is helpful in these (image smaller than viewsize) situations.

  - Fit image to thumbnail
  - Fit image to thumbnail, large only (selected by default)

• add antialiasing settings
  - zoom-out, reworked existing checkbox
  - zoom-in, new option allowing user to change filter to according their needs (none/nearest neighbor vs smooth)
