In drawing mode line opacity changes by 1 on its own

When drawing shapes and setting line opacity to let's say 70%, it changes to 69% in settings for new shapes when you open drawing mode or app next time.
In other words, last used opacity setting decreases by 1%.
EDIT: it even changes when you draw next shape during the same session.
EDIT2: text opacity resets to 100% every time.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.8.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
