I cannot translate in Romanian language

Hello. I would like to translate XNView MP in Romanian lan guage. I created a Weblate account, I confirmed it and everything worked good until now. It seems I am not allowed to translate and I don't know what to do next. I looked on viewtopic.php?f=82&t=47165.
