XnView MP 1.8.3 64-bit, Windows 11 26100.2314
Sometimes when double clicking an image while having high quality zoom out set to anything except for "none", the image will appear pixelated. The image will un-pixelate if zoomed in, if the next/previous image in the folder is selected, or if the settings change. This doesn't happen consistently and only occurs about every third opening.
What opening an image looks like sometimes (note the pixelated whiskers):
How it is expected to look all the time:
1.8.3 - Images sometimes appear pixelated when initially opened

I can't seem to reproduce it when setting Zoom out as 'bilinear' (and 'None' as stated earlier), but with every other option for Zoom out, this bug does happen often.
