minimum tab width depends on the content, and resizing looks unpleasant when navigating through multiple files

Suggestion
- add uniform width option
all Viewer tabs have the same maximum width, once the number of tabs reaches the width of the window - they all shrink a bit (same behavior as in web browsers)
