1.8.3: Import and Sort - Move to subfolders date issue

XnView: MP 1.8.3 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 64bit

I am usually importing my images to a separate folder with subfolders for each year/day.
In the past this worked fine (results as shown in Image1). I can't say with with version that worked, it's quite some time ago (suppose +6 months).
Today I noticed that all images were moved to one single folder with today's date (Image2).

To reproduce:
1. Open Import and sort ...
2. I selected the source and kept all settings as in the past (Image3). Subfolders is activated, pattern is: [Y/Y-m-d]
3. Pressing OK renames the files properly and moves them into a new folder: ...\2025\2025-01-08.

Actual behaviour (bug): Images were moved to one single folder with today's date

Expected behaviour: Images should be moved to multiple folders with Year\Date per the image's EXIF data.

Maybe it's not technically a bug, but I'm sure it worked
