Unable to modify timezone of date/time taken of CR3 image from Canon R7

Hi, I'm having difficulty to perform a change of the time zone for date/time taken of a CR3 raw image from a Canon R7. I used "Tools> Change timestamp" and after performing this, the date/time still remain as the original.
I have no issue with the JPG file copy of the CR3 though.
Please let me know if CR3 is supported for change timestamp feature. Thank you!

After reading the support section on what file types are supported, it seems CR3 is not supported....
