Saving (1.8.3): Rebuild EXIF Thumbnail ON, keep EXIF OFF

With JPEGLI - and presumably JPEG should be checked too - in the scenario in saving where you want to clear the EXIF data but have a thumbnail, you tick "Rebuild EXIF Thumbnail" and untick "Keep EXIF"
The result however appears (using an online meta checker) to contain no thumbnail whereas the logic of the options chosen is that it should have.
Can we check that the "Keep ICC Profile" is also retained when also ticked?

Currently you can't, you need to use 'rebuild thumbnail' after saving without EXIF
