Movie still plays even though 'Play Movie' is UNCHECKED

XnView > Tools > Options... > Browser > Preview > UNCHECK: Play sound and Play movie

but when I use my mouse wheel to browse the contents of the folder .avi file is still played.

Is there a way to just browse through pics using mouse wheel and skip sounds & movies?

Version 1.80.3, by the way.

I'm sorry, I simply had set Tools > Options > View > Keyboard/Mouse > Mouse wheel > Previous/Next file

But anyway, when I double click on a picture, and use 'Page Up' & 'Page Down' to toggle through the contents of the folder, is there a way to only see pictures, and not movies & sounds.

I thought this was a way to do that: XnView > Tools > Options... > Browser > Preview > UNCHECK: Play sound and Play movie

You have options in View too

Thank you.

Let me rephrase what I'm asking:

I'd like to double click on a picture, then use PageDown key to view the other pictures in a folder. When I press on PageDown and get to an .avi file, it starts playing the .avi file.

I would like to ONLY view pictures and SKIP sound and video files when I press PageDown key, how do I do this?

I figured it out, it's:

XnView > Tools > Options... > View > File List > UNCHECK: Play movie and Play sound
