custom icons

I want to put custom icons. Most of the icons that I replaced in the Icons-48 folder work and were replaced, but not all. As you can see, the Favorites folder and the Add to Favorites icon. As well as the forward and backward arrows. As well as the arrow to move up to the lower category (big green arrow) are still not replaced.
I would also like to replace the background for the folder. I can't find this icon in the Icon-48 folder.
How can I replace these icons?

do you use icons folder?
hnext is now tool_next
hprev is now tool_prev
i fix the issue for fav/favFolder
you need up_32 & up_64
to customize folder color, you can change in .ini
