Hi,
I’ve encountered a bug related to entering and exiting fullscreen mode using left mouse double-click in the latest version (1.8.6 64 bit MacOSX - Libformat 7.204) of XnView MP, my system is macOS Sequoia 15.3.2.
Mouse Wheel Behavior Bug
• I have the mouse wheel set to “Previous/Next File” in preferences.
• When I double-click an image to enter fullscreen, the mouse wheel unexpectedly switches to zoom in/out behavior.
• This continues until I left-click the image once, then it returns to the expected “previous/next file” action.
• This issue does not happen if I enter fullscreen using, the menu button, middle mouse button and keyboard (Return)
These behaviors make navigation and interaction in fullscreen mode feel inconsistent. It would be great if these could be addressed in a future update.
Thanks for the great software!

Re: Double-click fullscreen breaks mouse wheel behavior
Hi Pierre,
Thanks for your reply!
Here is my configuration under Settings > General > Startup:
• Start with file: Viewer
• Start without file: Open browser, Directory set to Last
I’ve also attached a screenshot of the settings page for reference.
Let me know if I should try changing anything or provide more details.
Looking forward to your advice, and thanks again for the support!
