Crop from 4:3 to 16:9

Hi.
I have a lot of photos aspect ratio 4:3 and trying to make them 16:9.
Is there some settings which automatically cut bottom and top parts of photos making them 16:9 ?

It might be possible using the Transform > Canvas resize action, with Mode set to Normal, Position set to Center and Width and Height set to suitable percentages...

Otherwise, probably not with the existing settings options.
