1.8.6: Pan tool previews of very long pictures not fully displayed

XnView: MP 1.8.6 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 64bit 10.0.19045.5371

I opened a very long screenshot. (522×19590)
I need to zoom to 1:1 to see the text clearly.

Effect: The preview (Pan tool) is out of scope and I can't select the top.

Expected behaviour:
The preview can automatically adapt to the height, or automatically move the position, or automatically switch to scrollbar mode.
