1.8.7-Add more image formats for conversion

Hello again XNView team!

The idea of XNShell is great! However, it would be nice if you added more picture formats when selecting Convert into option. What about: .heic, .avif, .ico, .eps, .svg, .psd, .tiff, .emf or .wmf file formats? Of course, you could choose others, too. The same idea can also be added to XNConvert.

emf, eps, svg are not possible in output

It would be nice to have jxl format, too!
