Viewer - pan - 'Zoom & pan'
"Zoom & pan" has constant panning speed which does not allow to pan from edge to edge for large images
try to pan test image via Shift+LMB

Suggestion
- improve 'Zoom & pan' panning speed (like in FastStone)
- change panning speed based on the longest side of app window (viewport), eg
regardless of the viewport size - when mouse cursor reaches left/right/top/bottom border, image should be fully panned to the specified direction
