If i understand your video, you have not the same thing?

Yes, if I made the same actions at every machine last action will "select" only last element.
Even if first element is selected.
If I press Right-... (n times) then Home then Shift-End then selection will be starting from the file that was selected after (Right x n) to the end.
And it's only two possible bugs described. In other combinations of keypresses there are more bugs.

user0, I tried everything for the years, if you don't understand this. Clean windows, clean Xnview MP with default settings. Everything.
I recorded a video from my main machine with my settings because I'm using it 24/365 and it has everything I need to record etc.
Explorer works as expected at every machine, no difference is it Win 11 or Win 10.
Only one exception - Xnview MP for ever.

I've tried with clean .ini on Win10

Compare it to standard Explorer behavior (started from first Win 95)
This is the first difference confirmed by you. Maybe it's the start point where XnView selection works not as the Windows Explorer selection.

I understand that you're always, 100%, on "happy path". And some little difference changes everything. For example, all my Win's always has non-default %TEMP% (C:\TEMP) and C:\TEMP is always has RHS attributes. I don't think it's a culprit but something "non default ["noob"] way" makes things much more weird.

At this point I understand that any non-default parameter at Windows or XnView MP leads to this and I try to find a time to start a happy-path (even default en-US interface for Win10 without any libraries (VC, .NET etc), updates, parameters changed like theme (light>dark), sound schemes, background photo (mine is always a black color) and other seemingly insignificant and unimportant things. But it will eat a ton of time to check every possible parameter, each time start XnView MP, try, change parameter, /reboot/, start XnView MP, try... OMG. Really.

Right here, if i press PgDown, Explorer select the last item not like XnView

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.9.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
