XMP tags not present in .xmp sidecar, but present inside RAW file are ignored.

XML:Instructions tag does not show for .cr2 or ARW files when sidecar .xmp present.

XnviewMP reads the contents of .xmp sidecar file only for XMP tab and all custom XMP tags inside RAW file get ignored.

In this instance XMP:Instructions tag is not in .xmp sidecar and its ignored by XnViewMP

Could you add option to toggle merge metadata or just merge them always?
