1.9.0 - issues with Titlebar removed

1. with XnView maximized, View.... Titlebar (uncheck)

2. the window is no longer maximized - the 'File ... Edit ... View ...' toolbar is now positioned slightly above viewable screen -

3. restart XnView - now the window is positioned below the top of screen, at the same height as the removed toolbar -

4. I would still expect to be able to grab and resize the UI to top of window so that Windows maximizes it, but I cannot grab the UI.

5. SHIFT + right click on Windows taskbar icon -> Move ... produces the move icon but does not work

6. SHIFT + right click on Windows taskbar icon -> Maximize, works for Browser and Viewer but not fullscreen (it's not fullscreen!)

7. restart, now the previous Maximize setting has been forgotten, and it's back to looking like (2)

8. I can use the grab icon at bottom right to resize the window but cannot get a perfect maximized window - ~1px is off screen on left-hand side

Yes, the first part is duplicate, but I wanted to add the other issues and group them together. I can split or combine them if easier for you?
