1.9.0 - Cosmetic: tab panel different height

XnView: MP 1.9.0, 1.8.8 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 64bit, UI scale 100%

Cosmetic bug.
Tab panel has different height when it has single or multiple tabs.
Reproduced both with top and bottom tab align.

To reproduce:
1. Click menu View -> Tab -> Show
2. Open image
3. Click Enter to open Browser
4. Close any tab, so single one remains

Actual behaviour (bug):
5. Tab panel resizes by 1-2 pixels. Bottom UI moves a bit.

Expected behaviour:
5. Tab panel size remains the same

I think, you misunderstood.
I see, that current selected tab is higher than deselected, it's ok.
But the whole tab panel shrinks when I close tabs, and that's bug imo.
