Resize : Preserve selection (resized)

When resizing an image, if there is an existing selection rectangle it would be helpful to preserve that selection, resized. Currently the selection is discarded.

Undo would restore the prior image+selection.

Yes that's my thinking! Resizing would resize the selection.
