'Get thumbnail size' ignores 'Toggle slider function'

1. set thumbnails to a very small size with `Toggle slider function` = `thumbnail size`
2. change function to 'thumbnails per column' and adjust so they are very large (e.g. 5 thumbnails per column)
3. warning pops up `Sized of cached thumbnails is smaller than chosen one.`
4. Settings > Catalog > Get thumbnail size
5. the thumbnail size is not adjusted and appears to be taking thumbnail size from `Toggle` = `thumbnail size`
