1.9.1: Incorrect Display of Face Tag Regions in EXIF-Rotated Images [Regression]

Same bug as viewtopic.php?t=47577 , which should have been fixed in v1.8.0, but still unfixed in v1.9.1.

To reproduce: use the same images and do the same things in the post mentioned.
