Re: Convert HTML to JPEG?
A quick online search for 'convert html file to jpeg' brings up quite a number of online converters you might look at...
In suitable rather limited circumstances another possibility could be to make a screenshot or series of screenshots and then process the resulting images in XnView MP.

Re: Convert HTML to JPEG?
Another possibility, depending on the nature and quantity of HTML files to be saved, could be to paste the required text or images into a word processor, make any edits needed and then export the resulting files to JPEG format: LibreOffice Writer (and Draw) support that, as likely do the MS Office equivalents.
I have sometimes used the above workarounds to save particular parts of small HTML files as image or PDF files.
I think it is unlikely that Pierre would add general support anytime soon given his workload and current priorities.

Re: Convert HTML to JPEG?
You may use screen capture building in browser (Opera has it) and then copy to XnView and make any image format as you wish.
Re: Convert HTML to JPEG?
Interesting, quote from Opera browser Home page: Snapshot.
"Capture an entire webpage, save page as PDF, or copy to clipboard to share or print screen in one or two clicks."
Supported in any other browsers, either directly or using an extension?
