1.9.2 [Windows] Thumbnails in Full Screen are in incorrect size

Hello,

Looks like when you open an image from Windows Explorer by double clicking on it, and the image opens in Full Screen mode, the thumbnails are always in "default" size, not the size set in the settings.
Opening a Full Screen mode from the Browsing Mode respects size of thumbnails set in preferences.

How to reproduce
-set XnView to start in "Viewer - Fullscreen"
-set Thumbnail size to size any other then the "default"
-close XnView
-go to Windows Explorer
-open any image associated with XnView

Result
XnView opens image in full screen but the Thumbnails bar is of the "default" size, not the one set in the Settings.

looks like 'default' size is used (for fullscreen and tools, eg BatchConvert Input tab)
until Browser tab is loaded
