I posted this before, but it looks like it got removed.
Prior to 1.9.3, the Folder field got saved with search presets (just like every other field on the dialog box). This was my preferred behavior, but apparently some people prefer the opposite and put in a request to remove that. (If you didn't want to save a path, all you had to do was leave that field empty when you saved the preset.)
As suggested in that previous post, one solution could be that when we save a preset, give us a checkbox that allows us to save the Folder path along with that preset. My opinion is that everything on the dialog box should be saved by default, but I'm ok with checking a box to indicate that I'd like it saved. Or, it could be reverted back to the original design, and just teach people that if you want your search preset to act with a dynamic path, leave that field blank when you save the preset.
For now at least, I've reverted to 1.9.2.
