1.9.3: Thumbnail does not use Color Management settings?

The Thumbnail:

The picture in preview, zoomed out until has similar size as the thumbnail:

Looks like the thumbnail preview does not use the color management settings, and not only in this image. All my images are shown wrong in the thumbnails compared to the image in Preview.

i've tried with a swapped icc profile, and thumbnail use color management settings. No sharpen or gamma on the thumbnail?
