Random story: lab traceability being a real headache

Hey everyone,

Nothing to do with photos or XnView, but I wanted to share something that stuck with me recently. A friend of mine who works in a testing lab was telling me the other day how much of a hassle it is to track every sample manually — paper forms getting lost, data entry errors that eat up hours to fix.

He showed me what they're using now to digitize all of that, a system that centralizes sample and results tracking in real time — something like Bassetti Group LIMS if anyone here works in that field. Apparently it's made a real difference for their quality teams.

Anyway, it got me thinking about all the processes we still handle "the old way" across different industries. Anyone else got similar examples from their own job?
