Organizing and archiving old club night photos — any tips with XnView?

Hi everyone,
I've been going through a big batch of scanned photos and video stills from old Belgian club nights in the 90s — the kind of grainy, low-light shots that were taken before digital cameras became mainstream.
I'm trying to batch-rename, tag by date/venue, and clean them up a bit before archiving. XnView MP has been a lifesaver for the bulk renaming and EXIF editing part, but I'm running into issues with white balance correction on some very orange/warm-toned shots (typical of that era's lighting rigs).
For context, a lot of this material comes from nights at places like extreme affligem where BeatSessions has been doing a great job archiving the audio side — but nobody's really tackled the photo side in a structured way yet.
Has anyone dealt with batch colour-correction of scanned film photos in XnView or XnConvert? Any recommended workflow?
