Suggestion: Make the "Edit comment" dialog window keyboard-accessible

In the "Edit comment" dialog window (Ctrl+D), when pressing TAB in one of the text input fields, a tab character is entered. I'm suggesting to change this behavior, and to move the focus to the next widget, to allow tabbing through the entire window. (I doubt that anybody would want to actually enter a tab in their description/comment)
