**XnView Version:** MP 1.9.3 64-bit (Windows) - Libformat 7.226
**OS:** Windows 10 - 64-bit 1809
**Effect:**
To save vertical space, I dragged the toolbar to a floating state and placed it in the menu bar position. However, starting from the next time I open a file, any window operation will cause the floating toolbar to disappear (it will be covered by all windows).
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Open any image through XnView's browser or any file explorer.
2. Drag the toolbar to a floating state and place it anywhere. The toolbar works normally.
3. Close XnView and reopen any image.
4. Switch between any windows.
5. Return to the XnView window, and the toolbar is gone. (The toolbar is at the bottom. You can see it after minimizing all windows, but it's covered by XnView itself and all other windows.)
**Actual Behavior (Bug):** The toolbar disappears and cannot be used.
**Expected Behavior:** The floating toolbar should remain visible and functional at all times.
1.9.3: Floating toolbar is covered by XnView itself or any other window after any window switching operation
