Windows explorer right click causes crash

As the topic suggests right clicking on any file in windows explorer (or desktop, start menu etc.) causes the explorer to crash. Using ShellExView I disabled right click extensions and discovered that it's the XNView one that is causing the issue. I have the latest version of XNViewMP and it's working fine. The extension version appears to be 4.1.14.0.
I don't really use this right click extension (I'm not even sure what it does) just reporting the issue.
