Can't get pdf thumbnails to show

I've been messing around with xnview mp trying to get pdf files to show a preview on the thumbnail instead of icons. i've searched the forums for hours and every effort yields no results.


What's interesting is that when i start xnview, all my text and pdf documents show for a second, and then they all disappear becoming icons.


I'm using windows 11 and ghostscript is installed.

if you click on a pdf, do you see the preview?

If I click the thumbnail, nothing comes up in the preview window, and the icon remains.

Please edit your xnview.ini, and change debug=2. And send me the content of log window?
