1.9.4 (tgz) Fedora 40 KDE - Move operation (Alt+M) always ask for tagged or selected files before proceeding to move

The move files operation always cause a nagging pop-up dialogue box that the user must interact in order to proceed.

this dialog box always pop up after "Move files" and destination are selected

This one is just annoying, and it doesn't seems to be any option/setting to make the user choose a default answer to this.
